About this apartment rental

This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is ideally located with views of Town Center and the Seaside Amphitheater. Offering expansive views of the Gulf, there are two private areas and a lovely courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. You and your guests will enjoy the close proximity of smart boutiques and quaint restaurants. This and its location in the center of Seaside and steps to the beach make it a coveted destination.

Nestled in the center of Seaside, this unit is conveniently located in the 25 Central Square Building (third and fourth floors). This offers guest sweeping views of the Gulf from the private balcony and three common areas. Designed by leading architects, Rodolfo Machado and Jorge Silvetti, 25 Central Square is a mixed-use residential/commercial building. Upon completion, it was awarded the Massachusetts Design Award (1991) and the Progressive Architecture Citation (1993). Reflecting a calming, relaxed beach feel, when you enter you’ll be impressed with the palm trees and gulf views. The condo has ample storage and is arranged to maximize function. Hardwood floors, Carrara marble, and natural stone give the space a comfortable style. In the foyer, hooks and cubbies make storing personal items easy. A full-size washer/dryer and powder room are also located on the first level.

The fully appointed, custom kitchen is located on the first level right off of the living areas. It’s It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with stools. A corner built-in banquette provides an additional dining area. The whole space is open to the living room and has ample seating and a built-in entertainment center including an LCD, wall-mounted TV/DVD. Additional entertainment options include free WI-FI, books, and board games for lazy afternoons or evenings. From the private veranda, you can get enjoy some of the theatrical and musical performances regularly given at the amphitheater. Soaking up the Gulf views is another favorite activity from the veranda.

The primary suite is located upstairs. It is appointed with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath. With a custom vanity and walk-in shower, you’ll truly feel pampered. The room has a lot of storage, as well as a reading nook and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV/DVD. An additional bedroom has a comfortable full bed. This room has a wall-mounted TV/DVD. It also has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower. A private patio overlooks the courtyard and western Seaside where you can simply relax and enjoy.

Please note that this unit does not have assigned parking. Spaces are available behind the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Private beach access is at Coleman Pavilion just a short walk from Glorious Mornings and this unit is easily accessed via an elevator. There is an elevator to the third-floor entry.

The condo itself is cozy and very well maintained, the management company was great to work with and the location is perfect. You are just steps from all that Seaside has to offer as well as a minute to the beach. We'll be visiting again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is perfect for a family of four. The location is fantastic with easy accessibility to the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants. The only downside is the noise at night. Perhaps it was a circumstance specific to the week we rented the unit (late July to early August), but every night sounded like a fraternity party in the circle until past midnight. If you don't mind late night noise, the unit is fantastic. (I would not recommend this unit for anyone with small children or other family members who go to bed early.)
