This rental home is in a perfect location and has great potential. The problem is that they put zero mantanance into the place. Simple stuff. Most all of the pull handles on the drawers were loose. The shower glass door shower handle was about to fall off. The vanity door hinge was broken. The yard and crows nest had leftover trash all over. Ice maker wasn't working. This is very simple maintenance but it is ignored. Break out a screwdriver and tighten the place up. I would not recommend this place or return without a maintenance plan in place. Oh, and the mattresses were terrible. For these prices,I want a good night sleep.
