Embrace peaceful views of nature while being steps away from Seaside, Camp Watercolor, Watercolor Beach Club and Watercolor Town Center. The Space
* Living area: Spacious and open with 20 ft cathedral ceilings, natural lighting, smart tv, Bluetooth speaker, 2 sofas, charging station.
* Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances including stovetop/oven, microwave, toaster oven, single-serve Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. Kitchen counter bar seats 4.
* Dining area: Table seats 6 and doubles as a spacious work area.
* Master bedroom/bath: King bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, smart tv, walk-in shower, jetted tub.
* Guest bedroom/bath: 2 Full size beds, high ceilings, ceiling fan, smart tv, walk-in shower.
* Back porch/Outdoors: Overlooks natural wooded area. Walking trail leads to tennis courts. Charcoal grill located in backyard and outdoor shower located on side of house. Two backpacks beach chairs available on back porch.
* Laundry: Washer and dryer available for your convenience.
The Neighborhood
Pools and Beach: Watercolor has 5 pool areas and a private beach
* The Beach Club has three pools overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico including a zero-entry pool, an adult only infinity pool and the main pool deck. Cabanas are available for rent. Enjoy on-site dining and drinks at the Watercolor Grill, Costa Chica, The Beach Cow and at the outdoor bar. Towel service is available. No coolers allowed.
* The Watercolor beach is a private beach and accessed from the Beach Club with a bar located at the end of the boardwalk. Coolers are allowed on the beach.
* Camp WaterColor has three pools including a zero-entry pool, a lazy river and two water slides. Food and drinks are available at The Canteen restaurant and bar. Towel service is available. No coolers allowed.
* Lakehouse Pool overlooks serene Western Lake and has a laid-back vibe. Towel service and a limited menu is available during the busy season.
* Sandhill Pool is located in the Lake District. A lap lane is available for early morning swimmers.
* Dragonfly Pool is located in the back of the neighborhood for easy access for guests staying in this area.
Other amenities:
* Playground, basketball court, soccer field, bocce ball are located next to Camp Watercolor.
* Award winning tennis facilities and pickleball courts.
* Canoes, paddle boards, and kayak rentals available at the Boat House.
* Bikes available for rent at the Watercolor Bike Barn.
* Acres of parks, gardens and trails are intermingled throughout the community.
* Nearby state parks and preserves.
* Neighborhood dining and shops.
* Complimentary trolley service available within the Watercolor neighborhood.
Additional Information
* Wristbands (access credentials) are required for at all Watercolor amenities for guests ages 5 years and older.
* For safety, security cameras are located on the front and back of the house.
* No smoking allowed on the property.
* No pets allowed on property.
* All linens, including comforter covers, are laundered after each stay.
* There are 2 on-property parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.
* The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. This parking pass is required when parking a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads. The pass is not required when parked in the driveway.
Reservation/Booking Policy
* Check-in begins at 4pm. Check-out is by 9am.
* 6 Guest maximum, 2 adults and up to 4 children.
* At least one adult over the age of 26 must be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
* BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AS ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT COULD RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION.

From start to finish the overall experience as well as excellent. Jane and I have stayed at multiple homes in Watercolor over the years and this ranks among the very best. When we call Watercolor Jane’s Happy Place, the home is a big part of that experience. We look forward to the next visit, and we hope it will be at Miki’s property.

Beautiful cottage nestled in the trees. Private and very little traffic. Fun paths through the trees to walk to downtown center and fun bike paths everywhere! Close to shops, beaches, pools, chapel, and places to eat. Very clean home that has wonderful art work and comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was Perfect. The house was just as described. All of the beds, bedding, couches, sitting areas were very comfortable. We felt right at home in this lovely house. With the bedrooms near the front of the house and kitchen/living area near the rear there was a perfect amount of separation that was ideal for traveling with a little one or anyone with differing sleep/awake schedules. We are a family of 6 with 4 young kids and the house fit us perfectly. There is plenty of room for a pack in Play in the master. With young kids we pretty much spent most of our time between Camp Watercolor and the beach club. The house location was just a quick bike ride to both those locations. The owner, Miki could not have been kinder. Prior to accepting our booking, she reached out to detail the bedrooms to make sure our family would be comfortable during our stay. She was very informative and helpful with our entire trip, not just with the rental house but with the entire Watercolor/ Santa Rosa area. The owner made herself very reachable prior to, during, and after our stay. All amenities and accommodations through out the entire house were well thought out and made the stay convenient, from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the laundry room. We would very much recommend Miki and the Cozy Cottage for your stay In Watercolor.
