One twin room and one double, comfortably sleeps 4 people with a full bathroom. (Shower over bath).
Located on a quiet farm with direct access to miles of fabulous walking trails giving views over the South Downs and beyond. Pubs within the village, walking distance, for food and refreshment.

Can be difficult to spot the entrance in the dark! However a great little stop-over that was clean and comfortable. Little bit of noise from hot water tank at times otherwise fairly peaceful. Handy little food van close by which serves great sausage /bacon baps (though a little pricey for us northerners! :)

Enjoyed the few days in the beautiful Surrey Hills. The property is easily accessed from Holby St Mary and was perfect location for our needs.
