The apartment was conveniently located and the bedrooms were at the back and therefore quiet
It would have been helpful to know that there were two bathrooms - a shower room en suite and a family bathroom.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-decorated with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. The location in Leatherhead was convenient, and check-in was smooth. It felt private and quiet, which made the stay relaxing. The management team were responsive and quick to reply whenever I raised concerns, which I appreciated.
The hot water issue was never properly fixed during my stay. The water started warm but turned completely cold after a few minutes, which made showering very unpleasant. Even though management responded quickly, the problem itself remained unresolved throughout my visit — which was extremely frustrating and disappointing for a long stay.
