Comfortable and pleasant holiday cottage by the sea with panoramic views. Rich sea fishing and great hiking terrain along the sea and in the mountains. The cottage was built in 2019 on 2 levels with modern furnishings. 1st floor has a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a bedroom with double bed. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds on one and a double bed on the other. Note that one bedroom is an attic living room with a double sofa bed. Large windows in the living room provide close contact with nature. Wood stove. TV with several international TV channels in addition to the Norwegian ones. Internet for serving only, not streaming. The cottage is located 250 m from the sea in quiet surroundings with great views from the living room and attic. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the sound of waves crashing against the beach below. On the fire pan you can fry dinner dishes outdoors. The beach is shallow and provides great playing opportunities for the children. The sea is rich in fish and you can fish by boat or with a rod from land. Boat for rent: 1 x Motor boat 17 feet w / motor 50 HP THE BOAT IS AVAILABLE 1.5 - 15.9. Life jackets included in the rent. Kvaløya has great hiking terrain for the whole family along the sea with idyllic sandy beaches and in the mountains. From the mountain top, there is a magnificent view of the Norwegian Sea and the many islands beyond. Nice starting point for day trips by car to the mountain Torghatten with holes through the mountain and is a tourist attraction. Visit the coastal town of Brønnøysund and the island of Vega further north which is on the World Heritage List. 2 km to Vennesund with restaurant in summer. 12 km to shop.
