An eldorado to experience unique nature and the northern lights! The Vega archipelago consists of 6500 islands and is registered on the UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage List. The cottage is located in a rural setting on a hill in the center of Nes. Here you have everything you need for great experiences, including marked hiking trails, bird sanctuary, fishing, beach, boating and kayaking, cycling, hunting, mountain hiking and much more. Access to the private quay and floating dock at the harbor in Nes, the gateway to the World Heritage Site. Here you can spend summer days swimming and fishing from the quay and enjoying beautiful sunsets. From the floating pier you can also paddle a kayak. 4 km to the fishing water Holmvatnet. Fishing license can be bought. 6 km to Rørøyfossen and Færsevassdraget with lots of trout and salmon. Also experience Vega's great restaurant offer. Vega's World Heritage Center is within walking distance of the house. Boat (35f ) with boatman can be rented. Also bikes, kayaks, "archipelago jeeps" (boats). Snorkeling trail on the south side of the island. Also visit the spectacular Vegatrappa and Ravnfloget Via Ferrara on the west side of Vega.
