About this villa rental
This brand new 5 bedroom villa was completed for the 2020 season. Located within easy walking distance of a local supermarket and children's playground, the villa is approximately 1 km from the centre of town, and whilst it would be possible to walk to the centre , guests would probably prefer to take a local taxi back due to the steep nature of the incline back. There is a small gym, sauna and turkish bath being added for the 2021 season. Photographs of these will be added.
The ground floor accomodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge / kitchen , fully furnished and fitted with only top of the range equipment . This opens on to a massive pool terrace and its 13.6 x 4.5 metre pool (depth 1.45 metres). This spacious area is furnished with a dining table for 8, sunbeds and table tennis, and has great views across the bay. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor, which has an en-suite bathroom and opens directly on to the pool terrace.
There are two double and one twin bedroom located on the first floor, all with balconies, good sea views and with their own en-suite bathrooms. There is one more double bedroom , on the top floor, which has an en-suite bathroom and opens on to a splendid roof terrace on which the is another pool! This pool is some 4.9 x 2 metres in dimensions and 1.2 metres deep, and has glass at one end! This pool can be heated for 1500 TLper day. The roof terrace is a wonderful location to spend time relaxing on one of the sunbeds located there or in the luxurious seating area.
This villa has lots of very special features, including beautiful lighting features, difficult to explain but charming to see.
The villa is located adjacent to a busy road so there is a certain amount of traffic noise around the pool area , although this is reduced a little by its elevated nature.
There is onsite parking for those guests wishing to rent a vehicle and also wifi internet.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 8000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
P.S. : Villa owner going to have 300 GBP refundable damage deposit on arrival at villa. Payback on C/out
