Immediately walking through the front door, you are welcomed by the captivating views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach! This fourth-level living has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which lead the way to many updated features! The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! This beachfront property was AMAZING and beyond OUTSTANDING. The unit was super clean and tidy. It was super easy to access everything and the host was kind throughout our stay. The beach was 10 out of of 10 and very private. The area was great, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and the 4th of July festivities was great. I definitely recommend this unit, you will not regret it.

This beautiful 4th floor beachfront property was perfect for our family! It’s an end unit so there are windows on 3 sides and even a balcony off the main bedroom with beautiful views of the inter coastal. We loved the ease of getting to the beach right out front. We enjoyed walking to dinner every night on the beach a short pleasant 20 minute walk to a number of restaurants on the Main Street. It’s a perfect mix of not being too crowded on the beach but also not feeling deserted since we were next to a resort hotel and further down a public beach. The kitchen was well stocked, tvs were easy to operate, the pool was fun, and the furniture was cute. We would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the ease of check in and cleanliness of the condo. Additional info for other guests: While this end unit affords a lovely beach view, it also overlooks the pool area of the next door hotel. Expect the accompanying noise. And don't expect to sleep in on Thursday morning! Trash pick up is pre-dawn right below the bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. All the furniture and appliances appeared new and and clean. The balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful. It was nice to have a second balcony facing east to watch the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again .
