Great view, great location, condo lovely but could use some updating

The unit we had worked great. No issues. One could tell it’s a rental base on the appearance of some of the furnishings. Unit was very functional and clean. I would stay in the unit again. Ice machine in freezer is stuck in the ON position. We had plenty of ice at the ready.

Only had one chair on balcony , and the water in master bath would not get hot. also no pot holders for baking, and paint the wall above the door.
