In a splendid 1,500 m2 garden among pines, flowers and palm trees, my fresh and bright Villetta awaits you and your family!
It is located just 80 meters from the beach of Margidore (1 km of pebbles in a frame of wonderful colors) and 300 meters, all flat, from the beach of Lacona (1.2 km of fine sand).

VILLETTA di CASAISOLADELBA
can accommodate four people and consists of:
- Covered patio in the garden with table, chairs and chaise longue: very comfortable for enjoying your meals, relaxing for an afternoon rest, comfortable for working in smart working.
- Living room with double entrance accessible from the garden and with a window overlooking the garden. Sofa, table and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, pots, coffee maker, cutlery etc etc..).
- Double bedroom with wardrobe, window overlooking the garden.
- Room with bunk bed, window overlooking the garden. Loft space for luggage.
- Bathroom with shower and bidet and window overlooking the garden + shower and external sink.
- Washing machine for personal use

A fifth bed or a camping cot for children up to three years old is available on request and can be placed in both bedrooms.

CASAISOLADELBA is a structure consisting of a three-room VILLA and an OPEN SPACE mini-apartment, an excellent opportunity for two families who want to stay close together but with the guarantee of their privacy.

During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of the nearby beaches or the cool relaxation of the garden and after sunset you can dive into the nightlife of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo or Portoferraio which are all about 10-15 minutes away by car, or opt for a quiet walk by the sea.

Every day, with a few steps on foot and all on flat ground, you can choose different views and colors!

EXCURSIONS: Villetta Casaisoladelba is located at the foot of the promontory of the Capo di Stella park area and offers the possibility of nature trails both on foot and by mountain bike with descents to small semi-deserted coves, a small paradise.

Just 10 minutes by car from the main towns of Portoferraio, Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo and Procchio.
