For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great!1 cockroach came out from under the kitchen cabinets and we couldn’t get it before it went back in a crack. Not a big deal, just notifying you.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was exactly what I was looking for in a winter beach retreat. Gorgeous view, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen, high quality TV, heated pool, and direct access to the beach! The rug could use a deep clean or replacement, but otherwise no complaints. Really great value!

Pictures certainly give the property a more updated feel than the real thing. The rug is horribly worn. Small bath toilet kept running about every third flush. Appliances appear to be from the ‘90’s. Not even a coffee filter in the property! I get rules and laws about food (seems salt and pepper should be ok!!) but folks can’t make coffee without a filter and they sell permanent ones cheap!
