Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.
Your stay at Beachside Condo 9 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Check in was very easy. Management company was very responsive to the issue we had. Great location with beautiful views! Steps to the beach which is amazing. Condo could definitely use some TLC. Couch definitely needs to be replaced, pots/pans need updating. Patio door is very hard to open, had to use door in master. Overall had a great time. We will definitely be back to Beachside Condos.

The Condo was clean and nice. Only downsides were that the glass sliding door didn't open, this was reported to the management company. Since we were only there for one night, not an issue, but would have been if we were there for longer. The furniture did not match the pictures, but was fine. The lock coded didn't work, but was solved within 5 minutes, this has happened at other places and different rental companies, for us, so not unexpected.

Great location with spectacular views Poor paint job on the walls; someone painted the walls but didn’t finish the entire job.A couple of live roaches spotted running around the living room. If you have a roach phobia keep looking.And no elevators are in this compound.Beds were comfortable;nice kitchen.

We love the location of this condo but it needs updating. The coach sinks in and the kitchen needs better cookware. Sliding door to balcony was hard to handle. There were no blankets in the condo only light bed coverings. Customer service was slow to respond.
