Enjoy original Santa Catalina Foothills living in this solid masonry home. This amazing home is brilliantly lit by the multiple windows offering dazzling mountain and city views. The solid wood ten foot high beamed ceilings, double brick walls, cool tile floors, and comfortable furnishings capture your senses. This amazing 2,000 square foot gated estate sits on 1.2 acres surrounded by stunning desert landscapes and wildlife. A new pool was completed August 2026 and has a 20' bench seat for viewing the city lights at night. Close to University of Arizona and great restaurants & sights.

Great house in a great location. We loved that the living area had lots of comfortable seating and there was a large table for meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Although our trip was short, this location and property is beautiful. This house was clean, cute and nice floor plan. The patio was relaxing and has a great view of the city lights at night. The communication with the property manager was really easy and convenient and she responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again.
