8.8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Spacious room with a really good price, cleanliness is okay just floor quite dusty, bedsheets and towels have some stains though not obvious, towels have damp smells a bit, swimming pool is really nice though chlorine is quite high. Walking distance to Pekan Lumut through a recreational park just behind the hotel. Definitely will repeat again!

Clean room, great location, and friendly staff. Check-in was smooth and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again.
6.8 / 10Average·Oct 2026
The hotel offers reasonable and affordable rates, so the price is acceptable for budget-conscious travellers. However, if the management wants to improve the overall guest experience, several areas deserve attention.
The hotel and its surroundings look old and outdated. The lobby is hot and uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning, and the furniture is visibly old. The room has a small window and poor ventilation, which affects overall comfort.
The hotel still uses a traditional physical key system instead of modern keyless access. The management should consider upgrading the access control system and integrating it with the main lobby entrance to improve security for guests.
Although free parking is available, the one-way parking arrangement can be inconvenient, and there is no proper drop-off zone for guests, especially those travelling with luggage.
The surrounding environment also needs attention. An old, non-operational hotel building next door affects the overall appearance of the area. The area behind the hotel, near Lumut Waterfront, is quite dark at night, and there are limited activities nearby after dark.
Overall, the room rates are reasonable, and I am not suggesting that the hotel needs to become a luxury property. However, basic improvements such as better lobby ventilation, updated furniture, improved room ventilation, a more secure access system, a convenient drop-off point, and a better-maintained surrounding environment would make a significant difference.
With proper maintenance and thoughtful improvements, the management could enhance guest comfort and satisfaction while maintaining affordable room rates. The hotel has potential, but more attention to these details is needed to provide a better overall experience.
