Room has awesome view of ocean and a couple of holes on golf course. The down side of this property is beach is way too shelly and large rocks make playing in surf impossible. Pools are also a good hike from room. Just not the place for our family.

Overall experience was great. Unit was clean and well stocked. Starter cleaning supplies were provided. Views of ocean and golf course were exceptional. Beds were clean and comfy. Walk to pool was a bit long and the smell of Pine Sol was strong for first couple of days. Directions and organization of stay from Cinnamon Beach Vacations was very professional.

The unit needs to be updated. The kitchen table is too small and the chairs showed a lot of wear. The bathrooms need updating. Toilets are too low. Extra storage in bedrooms, dresser. My sister stayed in a different unit in 400 which had every convenience of home. Well equipped with anything you would need. Their furniture was comfortable and their dining table sat 8. Definitely needed when traveling with family. We were given last minute notification about the beach entrance closures. We can appreciate protecting the dunes but this was probably in the planning for months and we should have been notified sooner.
