Living in a house on the field - apartment No. 4 - 4 - star
This apartment is located 100 meters from our farm in house no. 5 in Katharinenhof, which we acquired in 1998. Since then there have been 2 apartments in this house.
The apartment 4 is about 50 square meters and has two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a shower room and a kitchen with dining area.
A wide view from the living room and from the south-facing balcony pampers you with a wonderful view over the fields of Fehmarn and gives you a view of a small section of the Baltic Sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, everything from a blender to a toaster is available.
There is also a storage room in the basement for bicycles or sports equipment.
The house also has an additional garden terrace in a beautiful south-facing garden!
Barbecue or sunbathing, the terrace is ideal for this.
A sandpit and play equipment are waiting for the children in the garden.
