About this house rental
Located at 118 59th St West in Sea Isle City, this charming, family friendly beach house offers the perfect location nestled mid-way the bay and and the beach. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and large living area for the whole family to relax after a day in the sun. Enjoy access from the garage to the 2nd and 3rd levels with a private elevator, making unpacking and daily living a breeze for all ages. Step outside to an oversized deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A bonus living space on the first floor offers a separate area perfect for kids, teens or extra guests to spread out and unwind. Garage has 65" TV, bar, extra refrigerator and ice maker that makes up to 100 lbs of ice daily. Don't worry about packing any beach supplies! We provide a Phoenix Beach Cart with 12 beach chairs, cool cabana, cooler & beach tags. The back yard has an enclosed shower, grill, and a cozy fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs. Perfect location, Dealy Field/basketball court & playground, fishing pier at the west end of the street, Moda Mia Restaurant at the east end of the street, and Bubba Hot Dog Stand at the entrance to beach.

The place was great! 4 generations sharing a week at the beach with great accommodations. The host was amazing- gave us an extra day to enjoy the beach since the “hurricane”Rained us out a few days!! Highly recommend.

We spent a long weekend at the property for a girls weekend! Plenty of room to accommodate 12 people. House was clean and close to beach with all the amenities needed! Shannon is a great host and easy to contact. Would recommend this house to anyone whether a friends weekend or a family vacation!

A wonderful stay for families at this property! The host is fantastic and quick with answering any questions. We enjoyed our family getaway for Labor Day weekend. Will definitely be back again!

This property was perfect for our extended family. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Good location - close to the beach, a playground and an ice cream shop!
