The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC
VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. We had a brilliant long weekend down the Shore! There was plenty of room for little kids and adults to enjoy the house. We appreciated the inclusion of linens, etc. in the rental (not always the case down the Shore). The location is ideal, and the sunsets are not to be believed.

Great accomodations and location. Sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for our large group. Communication with Powers Group rental agency was timely and professional. Really appreciated linens being provided. Look forward to staying here again.
