About this house rental
Our cabin sits on the Tuckasegee River in the middle of the Smokies.
Cherokee is a fifteen minute drive and Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg are forty five minutes away through the beautiful national park. Hiking, rafting, kayaking and other adventures await.
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck as you watch the rafters go by with a back drop of the mountains
The decks are right over the river - feel free to drop a fishing line

This is an excellent place to stay. It is quiet, private, and right on the Tuckasegee River. The cabin is clean and well stocked with the essentials. If you're a fisherman or just going sightseeing, you are within 20 minutes of it all (Going to Gatlinburg is only an hour away through some great scenery of GSMNP). The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is amazing. The hot water system (I believe it's an on-demand) kept up with 6 guys taking showers and doing laundry. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning didn't seem to keep up during the heat of the day, but it did keep it bearable. If we come back to fish NC again, I will probably be back to this cabin.

The host was excellent! They were very responsive with any questions or needs we had and very friendly. The cabin is conveniently located near all the nearby attractions and easy to access.

Family of 6 had our Thanksgiving at the cabin, it was great we had plenty of room, beds were comfy, there must be a tankless hot water heater because the water was always hot. The river was amazing to drink coffee by in the morning, we luckily had a cold front during our stay so weather was perfect, has outdoor fire pit. Tried fishing but had no luck, and there’s no place to get in and out of river in front of cabin. Nearest Walmart was about 25 min away. We would stay again
