Child friendly, beautiful single-family house "Villa Bernard", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Rovinj, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola (18 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house (550 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises.
