Relaxing, tranquil & memorable

I loved everything about the cottage, it had such a beautiful vibe to it. The greenery around it was beautifully maintained, there has a mini park for children & an interesting old church.

It was a wonderful cottage full of character. It had everything we could've needed on hand!

I liked the level of cleanliness and how every comfort was thought about......very functional space. We didnt have to worry about anything - the host was absolutely lovely and friendly.

A very quaint and cosy retreat.

I loved the slide and swings outside of the property which kept the children amused while we loaded and unloaded the car.

I wouldn't recommend the spiral staircase and low windows for families with children under 4. We took our 2 year old and she kept away from the windows but we had to watch her on the staircase.

Fab central location so close to everywhere we needed to visit. Cottage was cosy with beautiful features which we loved. Plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Just brilliant.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but on the whole it was perfect.

A very enjoyable stay in comfortable accommodation, handy for the local area.

Location was chosen as it is close to the Wales coast path. It was the base for a walking holiday. The surrounding area was pleasant and well served by a range of shops and restaurants. The industrial landscape blends in exceptionally well with the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding landscape.

It is very difficult to suggest any improvements which says a lot about the quality of the cottage and its surroundings. We were only two guests so the property was large enough. The only limitations were ergonomic due to a central spiral staircase but easily worked around and no great hardship.

Could maybe have slightly better lighting in the kitchen area to help when food prepping in the evenings. But it could be that our eyes are just getting poor.

Location. Hot water and heating system efficient. Peaceful and quiet with no rowdiness.

Described as luxury which we considered not. Bed uncomfortably soft. Oven and microwave not properly cleaned. Too full of clutter collecting dust.
