Superb

The apartmant is in Suncani Breg, which is very quite. The flat is just ideal for 3 persons, it's clean and all the neccessary items can be found in it:) dishes, hair dryer, big screen TV, wifi, what else is needed? The owner and lady who handed over the key were very kind and comminucative, and are fluent in English so communication was easy. the ski lift no 5. is really 100m by walk, it's a T-bar type, but it can be absorved with snowboard too.

Nice location, few minutes to ski lift, and free parking.the area still under construction,. The apartment is pretty small, but is well equipped. The water heater capacity isn't enough for people.

Tourism is not just about nicely decorated room

The apartment is brand new, decorated with taste, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for food preparation if you want. Cleanliness is at an excellent level, no dust, stains, etc. SPA, although it didn’t work during our stay, looks great, lots of facilities, large and small pool, jacuzzi, various saunas and steam bath, warm benches, gym etc. According to the service technician who repaired the spa, in the ski season, entry to the SPA will be charged. Everything is still in the process of construction. Construction material is scattered everywhere, but when this part is finished with the construction, it will be one of the most beautiful on Kopaonik. Super close to ski slope Treska.

Although we are aware that we have been staying out of season, it is to be expected that the basic levels will be met during the stay. The contact person who was supposed to hand over the keys looks uninterested and rude. You do not feel welcome by the hosts. Basic little things like soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper are missing, so it can be a problem if you arrive late at night. The drain in the shower and kitchen was clogged. As half of the pictures on the booking are from the pool and sauna, it would be nice if host mentioned that the SPA is not working during this period.
