Było trochę ciężko trafić ale telefonicznie Pani gospodarz wszystko wyjaśniała idealnie. Tak naprawdę to tylko szczegół a nie to, że coś się nie podobało.

Mieszkanie z dostępem do windy. Blisko do dworca. Bardzo dobra komunikacja. Apartament w nowym bloku. Duży plus za parking podziemny. Instrukcja zameldowania czytelna i zrozumiała. Mieszkanie z pięknym widokiem na panoramę miasta. Ogólnie mieszkanie komfortowe, przestrzenne, wygodne łóżka. Polecam jak najbardziej.
Jak dla mnie , przydałoby się odświeżenie ścian, Doposażyć kuchnie bo mało garnków, czy jakieś patelnie i zmiana pościeli na nowsze. (Oczywiście pościel czysta , ale wymaga już zmiany ze względu na zużycie) Problem z tv brak programów, bo YouTube czy Netflix odbierało po zalogowaniu.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja,blisko sklepów, restauracji oraz ulicy Piotrkowskiej. Dużym atutem jest również podziemny garaż, który zapewnia wygodę podczas pobytu.
W mieszkaniu widać już pewne oznaki zużycia. Ściany wymagają odświeżenia, a część akcesoriów kuchennych powinna zostać wymieniona.
