Comfortable and quiet cottage

Comfortable, clean property, lovely and quiet. Bigger than the photos make it look. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. Whilst there is no wifi the network coverage was good so phones worked fine.

Lovely stay

Accommodation was clean, spacious (compared to others of a similar description we'd stayed in) and had everything we needed supplied with it. Peaceful location, not too far from Selby which has a multitude of supermarkets and if you're looking for a dog friendly place to eat there we can recommend the Barco Lounge. The owners seemed very nice too.

Weekend break exploring York

The poor reviews are very unfair. The lady owner was pleasant we let ourselves into the accommodation on first day no fuss whatsoever. Nice private space outside to sit with our dogs. Accommodation was clean and bright. The photos don't really show that .. The farm is situated on a minor road but it seemed to be quiet.

Very pleasant, relaxing, and worth every penny!

A lovely property - loved having my own garden which looks out over fields and the chicken run! Also a little gate out onto entrance road so I could pack my car straight from the apartment on leaving day. Very well appointed and had everything I needed. I was working every day and it was lovely to come back to - very relaxing.

Peaceful and spacious

The space, tranquility and warmth. Beautiful setting and the cottage had everything we needed.

We felt a little as if in a goldfish bowl, no privacy with the curtains open.

We enjoyed our stay but for the money we paid expected alot more than was on offer.

The property was in a good location and was on the outside attractive and the enclosed garden nice

On arrival we were not made to feel welcome.The accommodation was very basic when it said catered for 2 persons there was literally 2 plates 2 cups,cutlery for 2. The electric hob was unsafe and tripped out when trying to use hot plates. There was no working light above the mirror in the bathroom. The TV was very small maybe 24 inch. Such a shame coz the property could offer more
