One of the most popular and highest rated two-bedroom units in coveted Desert Falls Country Club! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gorgeous ground level condo is popular, filled with light and very tastefully updated and appointed. The unit backs out to a large, grassy area with gorgeous views and West and Northwest sun exposure. The home is conveniently located just steps away from a sun-soaked pool and hot tub complex. There are over 32 in this complex! The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite with 2 huge, wall length closets and a massive bathroom. The guest bedroom offers twin size beds and a very comfortable desk/workstation if you absolutely must work while on vacation here. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper mattress.
The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and master bedroom and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. Both TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on the patio in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the Weber BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.
As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day. In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood. Great unit. Very clean and right by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this unit again. Check in and check out was seamless. We made good use of the tennis and pickleball courts.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and included everything we needed. There is a pool just steps from the back porch which was perfect for our daughters. We were able to use the tennis/pickleball courts and everyone in Desert Falls is so friendly. Drew was an amazing host and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with 2 children. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, 2 coffeemakers, newer refrigerator, good dishwasher and a great air fryer is a nice bonus. The host told us you could walk out to the pool , and he was right, it is a slight climb up the grass and you are there in about one minute. There was no one in the upstairs unit so it was quiet, the only noise issue was the resident mockingbird that sometimes starts his repertoire as early as 3:30a.m. Perhaps that is different if it isnt spring? A/C was simple and performed well. The pool wasnt fully heated up but it was refreshing in 95 weather, the jacuzzi at the pool is large and water in both is very clean. Upkeep of this development is constant, landscaping is great. We had a problem with the wifi internet a couple days, the host was always responding, I think Spectrum didnt fully work things out correctly initially , an inconvenience especially because the Verizon signal is really poor in the area, Google confirms this, apparently ATT is a better network there. Overall the host and the unit were very good, would stay again.
