One of the most popular and highest rated two-bedroom units in coveted Desert Falls Country Club! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gorgeous ground level condo is popular, filled with light and very tastefully updated and appointed. The unit backs out to a large, grassy area with gorgeous views and West and Northwest sun exposure. The home is conveniently located just steps away from a sun-soaked pool and hot tub complex. There are over 32 in this complex! The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite with 2 huge, wall length closets and a massive bathroom. The guest bedroom offers twin size beds and a very comfortable desk/workstation if you absolutely must work while on vacation here. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper mattress.
The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and master bedroom and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. Both TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on the patio in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the Weber BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.
As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day. In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood. We even have a golf cart for your enjoyment! 🛺

We had a great time at this property - everything we needed to cook our own meals, space for our family - a large pool just outside the back patio. Drew is very attentive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful time, space enough in the condo to spread out and each have some alone time, yet cozy enough to all hang out together. The condo is well equipped, from coffee makers, to great kitchen wares and an air fryer (which is a huge bonus with you have young adults with you!) We stayed in a similar condo managed by Drew last year, and were grateful to return and have this time to step away and relax. Beds are comfy, even the sofa bed! Would recommend this unit to others and stay again ourselves.
