Flexibility with the checking in and resolution of the booking discrepancies through the third party. Very convenient location to the old part of Athens, close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Behind the hotel there is an affordable parking garage for 7 euros parking spot for 24 hours. The breakfast is fantastic and nutrient.

The staff were really lovely. The room was big and clean. People have complained about the lifts being too small. Not all are small and are acceptable. The breakfast is great and worth having to keep you going for quite a while.
The hotel is tired and needs to be upgraded to be a 4 star hotel it's a -3 currently. The beds are comfortable.
Its a easy walk to the centre and totally safe during the day - not so at night.
The 7th floor was being renovated and the workmen woke us up at 7.30 am on Sunday. Not good but they did stop when we complained.
The street was most unsavoury but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
