The location was great, this part of London has so many bars, restaurants and the apartment was a short walk from Shepherds Bush underground which was so handy! The apartment was so well equipped and we loved the coffee machine. The host was great and let us check in early and were on hand for anything we needed.
The only downside was the fan didn’t have a plug with it so we had to use our phone charger which meant only one of us could charge our phones at one time because it was so hot while we were in London that the fan had to be on constantly. A small mirror in either the bedroom or living room would have been ideal for getting ready in the mornings but I managed with a compact mirror and my phone

We had a great stay! The flat looked very fresh, newly renovated and now that the bedroom area is enclosed it was really cosy and quiet. I will definetly stay again!

The hosts were very helpful, useful information was sent over before we arrived, also the security despoit was sent straight back quickly. The property is decorated nicely.
The actual flat has a thumb lock on the door which worried me about security. Also the shower head was very dirty.. not sure if it's limescale, rust or mould, the shower drain also didn't drain very well and you were stood in water a good 15 seconds after turning the shower off. You could hear the neighbours above, even quite late they were banging around - luckily this stopped after about 11.30pm and didnt keep us awake. The property was ok but we wouldn't stay again.
