Modern apartment at the center of Copenhagen for people not sensitive to noise

- Modern apartment well decorated and clean - Spacious with a small room and a large living room furnished with a table and couch - Convenient well-equipped kitchen - Entrance separated with door isolating well from stairs - View on inside courtyard - Location in the center of Copenhagen at walking distance of main attractions and close to supermarket and restaurants.

- During the night, there was a high level of music noise coming from a neighboring club or bar lasting up to 3 am. - The parquet also makes a lot of noise when you walk inside the apartment, which may be disturbing if there are several guests. - The bathroom is pretty small with low water pressure in the shower. - The digicode at the main entrance is capricious. I think that the keyboard pad should be replaced by an easier-to-use one. - The host did not allow a 30-minute delay of the check-out time, although it was Sunday.

Unless you come to party, I would look for better value elsewhere

Access was easy. Wifi good.

Apartment is quite worn down. Bathroom has no heating and no space to put anything, shower has weak pressure. It was quite cold inside, as heating didn’t seem to work everywhere. Building has a few dance clubs so you can feel the beats at night.

Beautiful, spacious and central

Central location. Spacious with high ceilings and lots of light. Big, comfortable beds with giant pillows.

While the apartment was beautiful, it was quite noisy. There was noise from the apartment above (some energetic residents running and jumping constantly!) and from outside (gate, front door, and clock bells ringing late into the night). Could be maybe solved with insulation and thicker windows!

Lovely apartment in city centre

We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was. Clean, a good size, tastefully decorated, large comfortable bedroom and a large comfortable sofa bed. Great location 5 minutes from the metro and close to many attractions.

One night was slightly noisy. I think the upstairs neighbours must have been using a washing machine/tumble dryer. Otherwise it was fairly quiet.

Good overall

Amazing location, close to Tivoli and the train station. Very spacious Communication with the owners was very good. Appreciated the cot and high chair for our baby.

The property wasn’t very clean and needed some general TLC (eg the bedroom door wouldn’t close). We brought this to the attention of the hosts and cleaners were sent back to redo the missed areas (grout, skirting boards etc), but obviously it would have been preferred for this to have been done prior to our arrival. There were very bright lights in the courtyard all night long and no black out blinds, eye masks essential if you want a good rest!

Spacious apartment option in central location, good for bike touring and small families

Central location, easy access, comfortable rooms, first floor / no stairs, very clean and tidy. Good sized beds and rooms, could easily accommodate 4 or family with kids

Can be noisy at night depending on event calendar, kitchen tap needed plumber but we did not use kitchen much.

Being well located is its best attribute.

The property was close to many of the city’s sites and allowed easy access to the almost anywhere. The apartment was spacious, with a lovely entrance.

Although spacious, a lot of the space, like the entrance is essentially unusable, the bedroom is cramped such that the bed is located up against a wall to allow bedroom access. There is minimal hanging space - four hangers from memory. Although the apartment caters for four people, the bathroom is so small that not even two people can be in the bathroom at the same time. The bathroom would be far too small for four people. On the Friday night that we were there, there was music (doof-doof sound) being played as late as 3.30 in the morning.

Overall, we had a good stay & family time at the apartment.

Location is fantastic! The metro station, restaurants, cafe, convenient stores like 7-eleven, fast food are all within 5-10 mins walking distance. The apartment was clean & exactly what the photos showed. The information provided the ‘guest guide book’ is very useful & owner/management team was very responsive to all my questions.

We were staying over the weekend plus Mon is the public holiday, the nearby pubs & bars were very happening (not very loud but could hear in the apartment) We are not light sleepers & we were also ‘night owl’ staying late, so not a problem for us.

Stayed December 3 nights could not fault it

Lock box easy to use, and instructions on their welcome page excellent. Apartment clean and tidy, yes floorboard are a bit squeaky and could do with a working fan in the bathroom, but is a minor issue. Apartment is in a great location, easy to find, 7 minute walk from the Metro, supermarket and 7 Eleven just up the road, near to all attractions. Would recommend staying here.

Great location, good apartment, a few details missing

Easy check in, great location. comfortable for a couple with 2 kids.

2 things would have improved our stay: 1. attention to detail - there was a dishwasher but no detergent, no shelves to place things in bathroom, full kitchen but no basics like sugar or spices. 2. I expected laundry in the unit or the building based on the pictures online. this was a bit misleading and missing on a trip with kids.

good location, good value, great hospitality.

location was really good, just opposite Tivoli Gardens, walking distance to metro, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and bakeries. apartment was adequately equipped. the management staff were super helpful, even allowing us to checkin earlier as my kid was unwell upon arriving in Copenhagen.

wifi was quite bad; kept dropping and very slow. water pressure for the shower was very weak making showering a bit unpleasant but the management fixed it after we gave the feedback.

Another plus was the floor heating in the bathroom which felt wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped, although we did not make too much use of it. The apartment is really central, yet contrary to other comments we did not find it loud/noisy. Just the regular town noises like banging doors, ambulances and the town hall bell which signals every quarter of an hour :-),

Brilliant stylish and comfortable apartment, incredible location.

Lovely apartment and in a really excellent location. Highly recommend for a city break and worked well having two kids with me.

There was incredibly loud construction noise from 7am-8am one morning. Also the outer door seemed to be on a latch and not locked for two days of the trip which made me feel less safe.

Very good

The apartment is perfectly located - central, but in a quiet courtyard. It is well equipped and thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and an easy-to-handle, comfortable sleeping couch.

The bathroom (though well-cut) is quite small; the really small wash basin makes it quite hard to use. Another important point: The photos of the apartment in the booking advertisement are not only taken in the actual flat, but also another one (as you can guess in the same building on the ground floor). The floor plan shows the other apartment, as well.

Great city break in a beautiful city trip, but could have been even better had

It was a great location with easy access to all parts of Copenhagen city. The accommodation really suited the family and the welcome instructions were really helpful.

The property was situated in a multi-occupational block and behind a couple of bars so it was rather noisy during the night and early morning especially with moving of bins. The sofa bed was not that comfortable.

Would recommend based on location. Beds need proper mattresses as this would rule out a longer stay.

Spacious living area, fantastic location with transport links and sights within walking distance. Helpful hosts. Kitchen well equipped. Hosts very responsive when sink wouldn't drain. The team respond quickly to queries and offer 2 hours free luggage storage which is great.

The 'beds' are awful - I was in pain after lying on them and that's saying something for a young, fit person. They don't have a mattress on the main bed, its a 2cm topper instead. Extremely poor water pressure in shower - hosts said it was due to council/municipality. Very noisy at times with bins and bar nearby. Only has tiny hook with few hangers for clothes - has plenty of space so they could add some storage. Sofa bed sheet was covered in hairs on arrival.

In the flat above us was - I think - fighting Training every day. It was very loud from 7:30 until 9:30pm and sometimes the dishes in the kitchen were even rattling. Normally thats not a problem, but we have a baby who should sleep at that time.

Excellent central apartment

Gorgeous space, bigger than it appears in the photos. Really generously sized bedroom and living area. Location is excellent for central Copenhagen with a metro stop less than 5mins walk for trips further away.

No real complaints to be fair. Ground floor, so that comes with the inevitable benefits and drawbacks but we'd already seen other reviews mention the view of the bin store, so it didn't bother us.

Overall, good experience

Very clean, right in the city centre, well equipped.

Sofa bed wasn't made, we had to make it by ourselves even though we booked the stay for 4 people. Maybe it was too pricey for what it offered.
