So bad, so sad.

Location

IT IS DIRTY!!!. The bathroom has grime and floors unswept/poorly swept. I couldn't walk barefoot on first night, my feet got filthy. Since then, we had to have our flip flops on all the time, even in the shower.. Rooms don't get serviced... even after we asked after the 2nd night. We had booked a 4-night stay, but ended up abandoning it and our money and booked at nearby place for remaining 2 nights. There were dirty towels lying on the floor, close to reception, in the passage for all guests to see. We walked by them the whole day!!! It was ALL bad. Food was no better. Worst accomodation I've ever experienced, and we travel often. Its a laugh that it's rated 4 stars. It's sad because the place is nice, it could be pleasant under different management.

it’s a good value for money, the staff were very attentive! the price of 17$ is reasonable, if you need 1 night stay it’s absolutely fine 👌 nice surroundings with the green fields😍

Very good stay

This place is really calm, you are away of all the noise of Ubud, it was amazing. The building is very clean, and nice. All rooms have a balcony where you can eat or take your breakfast. If you are seeking a calm place to sleep, it's perfect! The view in to the rice paddies was amazing. Staff was very nice, helpful and always doing their best so you have the best stay you can have. We were happy to have them. The pool is okay.

There was a noise in the room when water ran (ours or neighboors), dunno the cause. Maybe the piping or a water pump. Noise isolation is non existent so you have to rely on neighboors being calm (and they were). Room had too much light on the morning. They should try to find a way to put the curtains closer to the window. The hotel is away from Ubud and it has no restaurant. We ordered frop Grab to eat at the restaurant with no problem. Grab car to Ubud center is more or less 3 to 4 euros. The price to pay to be in a calm situation!

Lovely staff, extremely comfortable bed and in a nice quiet location

The location was simply gorgeous. Great views and a quiet area. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were always super helpful and always up for a chat. It is a little out of centre Ubud so being able to either use a scooter or be prepared to pay for taxis is important for sight seeing. The bed was extremely comfortable and two pillows were provided which was a lovely surprise

The pool was extremely cold, a little heating would be nice. Wifi wasn’t very good either

i like the bed really comfy, air conditioning is cold, they have so many spaces to putt ur stuffs, the pool really clean, bedshit smell good, the shower amazing, the staffs are nice

The wifi sometimes work sometimes not like its kinda slow, same with the television that has connected to the wifi the TV loading a lot anytime we watched the youtube its need improvement for the wifi. Also the fridge not cold, idk maybe all the fridges in hotels not cold? not sure.
