Bathroom bit smeell from aged dirt, use a porcellain cleaner might help.

Room was comfortable, clean but hard to communicate with staff.

No breakfast served, not even coffee. We had 5 cups of coffee ordered and served on the 1st day, only one cup available the 2nd day. Communication with the front desk staff was very challenging.

Nobody at the reception desk before 9:00 AM, should be staffed 24 hours.

Will not stay here again. Not as advertised and not well cleaned or maintained.

Facilities were not as they appear in the photos online. The rooms were not well cleaned, had to pay extra for more than one towel per room, pool was dirty. Staff did not communicate well with the guests and inform us that we had to specifically ask for our rooms to be cleaned or they would not be.

Ini adalah kali ke dua saya pesan hotel ini dalam seminggu, karna awalnya cuma pesen 2 hari tapi karna suprisingly hotelnya bener2 worth it utk harga segitu, nyaman, lokasinya bagus banget, kamar mandi luas dan bersih, kamarnya pun besar dan bersih juga. Suamiku suka banget sama parkirannya yang luas utk kita yg memang cari hotel cari yg punya parkiran luas dan ini sangat tidak menyecewakan. Makasi ya team guntur hotel dan staff atas pengalaman menginap yang sangat bagus

Great value

Awalnya memang cari penginapan yg deket sama tempat urusan medical eh nemu hotel yg ratingnya di booking oke lah, akhirnya dengan was was kita pesen. Taunya pas nyampe hotel waah diluar expectasi. Parkiran luas, staffnya ramah2 . Pas ke kamarnya ternyata luas banget dan ACnya juga dingin, kamar mandi jangan ditanya, luas dan bersih. Bener2 ga rugi nginep di hotelnya. Dan yang lebih amazing lagi mereka menyediakan kettle pas kita tanya, itu bener2 membantu buat aku yg bawa anak yg masih ngedot utk bikinin susu. Akhirnya aku nambah lagi 2 malam sampai urusannya selesai. Next kalo ke denpasar bakalan balik lagi sih ini ke guntur hotel

Kurang bagus.

Lokasi strategis di Gatsu, bisa kemana saja dengan cepat. Kamarnya tenang dan sunyi di malam hari meskipun lokasi di pinggir jalan. Saya suka kasur dan bantalnya empuk, tapi sangat disayangkan sheet/sprey sangat kotor.

Kebersihan hotel sangat kurang, sheet dan duve cover bernoda entah darah atau kopi. Kamarnya sempit dan penataan agak aneh. Tidak ada colokan di dekat tempat tidur. Kamar mandi terlihat sangat tua dan tidak bersih, beberapa bagian terlihat kerak-kerak kotor. Tidak ada air hangat. Staf-nya sangat tidak ramah. Pertama kali datang bukannya disambut senyum malah terkesan galak. Mungkin staff harus di briefing lagi karena umumnya hospitality harus ramah.
