Dream wooden summer house in an attractive location on Rømø on the western side of Lakolk Street.
The house is quietly located in one of the best summer house areas along the dunes that separate the beach and summer house area. The distance to the beach is 400 meters. The distance to Lakolk Butikstorv with shops, restaurants and cafés is 300 meters.

The house is newly built in 2019/2020,
The kitchen includes: dishwasher, fridge and a ceramic stove.

The living area is 65m2. The house is furnished with a beautiful, bright dining / parlor area with a stove and kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with double bed, hallway and a bathroom with shower niche. In the adjacent house there is a washer / dryer and freezer

The house comes with free WIFI 30/30, TV package with German and Nordic TV channels,
The summer house plot is 547 m2 in size and offers easy parking. A beautiful, spacious, wood-covered terrace of approx. 90m2 with garden furniture and grill is ideal for relaxing hours.

Due to the unique nature of Rømø, the large expanses and one of the widest and finest beaches in Europe, there is always a quiet place that you can enjoy all by yourself.

In the vicinity of the summer house there are plenty of opportunities for numerous, joint and individual activities such as B. Golf, mini golf, Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, horse riding, water sports, cycling.

We spent a week in Michael's house and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house was very clean, stylishly furnished and you have everything you need on vacation. The large kitchen, which is located in the open living / dining area offers everything you need to cook. (Small tip: In one review cutting boards were missed, you can find them under the stove ;-) ). Michael is a super friendly host and communication was great. He has also checked after our arrival by message if we arrived well and everything is to our satisfaction. (Thanks Michael!) The house is close to the shopping promenade of Lakolk and the supermarket as well as restaurants, ice cream cafe and other stores are within 5 minutes walking distance. The beach of Lakolk can be reached directly through the dunes (about 10 minutes walk) or the access road on the promenade. It was a great week and we would vacation there again anytime. :)

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our few days at Michaels place in Rømø. The house was cozy and beautiful. There was very nice design touches, i loved the brass fixtures and simplistic style. We loved our quiet nights spent in front of the fire, and walks through the dunes and on the vast beach. Michael was very helpful in quickly answering any of our questions. Remember to bring your own bedding, and pick up some firewood at the local market or neighbors selling from their driveway. We would love to stay again. Thanks!

Modernes Ferienhaus für die kleine Familie

Schönes Ferienhaus, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wie beschrieben. Schöne große Sonnenterrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Schlafzimmer, da diese kleiner und enger als erwartet waren. Speziell das Doppelbett im Elternschlafzimmer mit 1,60 m Breite eher schmal (vielleicht haben wir die Angabe auch übersehen). Auch die Lage direkt an der befahrenen Straße ist in den Morgenstunden geräuschintensiv (Elternschlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus). Fußläufige Erreichbarkeit des Strandes und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist möglich.

Uns gefiel sofort das moderne Design des Hauses und die dazu passende Innenausstattung. Wir (zwei Personen) hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut und neuwertig, so dass wir nichts während unseres Aufenthaltes vermissten. Weiterhin positiv zu erwähnen war der sympathische E-Mail-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Zwei Punkte sind anzumerken, die jeder für sich selbst werten muss: Wintertauglichkeit - Nach unserer Wahrnehmung war nur der Wohnraum beheizbar. Dank einer sehr sonnigen Märzwoche stellte dieser Umstand kein Problem dar. Das Haus hat sich hervorragend aufgewärmt. Lage der Schlafzimmer - beide Schlafzimmer liegen nahe der Straße. Langschläfer sollten daher frühzeitig die Fenster schließen... Unser Fazit: Ein tolles 5-Sterne-Ferienhaus!!!

Perfektes Haus auf einer sehr ruhigen Insel

Das Haus Lakolk 72 sticht durch seine moderne Architektur hervor. Das Design ist aber nicht Mittel zum Zweck sondern es ist ein richtiges Wohfühlhaus mit enorm viel Licht, guter Raumaufteilung (für zwei Erwachsene plus zwei Kinder, bei vier Erwachsenen wird eines der Schlafzimmer wohl etwas eng) und toller Einrichtung. Man möchte wirklich einfach tagelang dort sitzen und die Ruhe und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im inneren und äusseren geniessen. Die Küche hat sehr viele Ablageflächen und eine super moderne Ausstattung (Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau: ein gutes Messer haben wir vermisst....). Da die Insel sehr klein ist, ist wohl jedes Haus günstig gelegen, da man mit dem Auto in unter 15' überall ist; Haus Lakolk 72 liegt aber wirklich sehr ruhig an einer wenig befahrenen Durchgangsstrasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Dünen (davor stehen noch zwei andere Häuser, die aber nicht gross stören). Der Austausch mit dem Besitzer war super einfach und effizient. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Erlebnis, danke vielmals!

The house is very nicely located, close to the beach (as anything on Römö, I guess). The landlord is very nice and super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped everything to cook and a grill is available. One thing to keep in mind before you go there (it might be mentioned in the ad, we just didn't see it): ++ you need to bring your own blankets and towels. we didn't spot these and had to buy stuff, which isn't a problem either, but of course either you remember it).
