Great apartment in a central location with easy parking

The apartment was easy to find with plenty of street parking outside. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the owner who showed us around, handed over the keys and suggested restaurants for our evening meal and bakeries for breakfast the next morning. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean with good shower pressure. The location of the property makes the journey into the centre of Asti a couple of minutes walk. Would recommend and would book again if travelling through Asti in future.

Lovely little apartment, great value for money and perfect for exploring the area. Renzo was super helpful and everything about arrival and departure worked smoothly.

The only negative point is that there is very little sound proofing and ever present traffic noise. No problem at all for my husband, but if you're a light sleeper, take earplugs.

A wonderful little apartment - Stay there!

Everything, it was cute, spotlessly clean, and well appointed with nice touches. The host was friendly and generous. The apartment is in a great location, and handy to the only late night mini market in town. We will stay here again when we return to Alba. Thank-you!

Appartamento a due passi dal centro, funzionale e rifornito di tutto punto (dai prodotti per la pulizia a quelli per cucinare e fare colazione), nelle vicinanza si trova anche un parcheggio con dei posti gratuiti Il proprietario è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tutte li informazioni necessarie e ci ha anche consigliato luoghi per mangiare ecc Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Appartamento esteticamente molto accogliente, raffinato e pulito, oltre che funzionale. Bagno molto bello. Il proprietario super gentile e disponibile. È uno spazio contenuto, ma perfetto per due persone. Vicinissimo al centro

Il pavimento delle stanze principali cigolava parecchio, ma è solo un dettaglio. Dalla finestra della camera si sentivano un po' di rumori della strada, essendo al piano terra, ma non è una zona troppo trafficata.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Asti, a 2' da Piazza Alfieri. Parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze o gratuito a 5' a piedi. Casa accogliente e pulita, ideale per 2 persone.

Alloggio bellissimo, tutto nuovo e completo di TUTTO (c'erano anche cialde del caffè, sale, olio e zucchero!!!!!) Posizione fantastica a 100 metri dal centro storico Parcheggio (a pagamento) lungo la strada davanti all'appartaento Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a suggerire cosa vedere e soprattutto dove mangiare!!!
