Quiet location with plenty of free parking on the street. Close to the castle. Very friendly owner, explained everything, gave us a good recommendation for food in town a prepared an amazing breakfast for a good price. Accomodations is spotless clean and very comfortable.

Very small bathroom

Immaculate large two bedroom apartment with a good kitchen and some heating (it was very cold weather at the time) and firm but comfortable beds! The host couldn't have been more helpful - taking us to the supermarket in his car, even though his pregnant wife was in hospital due to give birth the next morning! He also has very good English and very informative about Jordan and Karak. The location has free parking and a view of the castle walls and is only five minutes walk from the castle square and a few local restaurants.

The shower was hot but a bit weak, although this is true of most places in Jordan - water is scarce and pressures low! The area around the Old House was quite scruffy - discarded building materials and so on (again not uncommon in Jordan where waste management is poor).
