    Especially for winter, the insolation from outside are well done. Staff leading by Kaza are great. Complementary tea all day and good buffet breakfast include. The only downside is the breakfast that stops a bit too early (9:30) 😆

    I stayed here Solo. Great location. Roof top is eoic for views and chilling. Staff very friendly Keza owner friendly and helpful 🙏

    Sheets had not been changed from last guest and pillowcases smelled used, sheets were covered in many long hairs. I only noticed when I pulled off cover in the evening. I slept on top of the duvet. Windows and mirror was very smeared and grimey. I absolutely hated the disgusting room freshener that was overly used frequently throughout. It reeked and so strong I could taste it. It was used to mask drain smell. But drain smell would be better as the chemical smell nauseated me. I did not like the continuous pressure to leave a good review and not to mention anything. Many, many times asking me to leave a good review. I believe its up to the client, and not to be forced to lie. The host loves his phone and the booming sound of speech on phone and the notification sounds is stressful. I liked the location and views and hot water and heating. Annoyed about dirty bedding. Annoyed that I did not eat breakfast as the simple product of cheese was not there. No butter either. I planned to make cheese and tomato toasties for breakfast. I ate out. I did not want cold meze for breakfast. It's not cheap to stay here as in Amman can get room with bathroom and a/c for 16 jod. Here its more. But location is good and near everything. I find the host to be a very dominant character and a bit scary.
