About this house rental
Oceanfront, brand new construction, 2 bedroom, 2 bath and great room, private apartment on first floor of old Nags Head style cottage originally constructed in 1928 above. Beautiful view of pool, glimpses of ocean and steps away from private beach exactly between 2 public beach accesses offering uncrowded beach. Ocean waves lull you to sleep! Modern furnishings with adorable kitchenette with DW, stove, microwave and full size fridge. Wrap around porches with comfortable seating and tables.

Laura is great- very nice, introduced herself to us on the beach, nice family and her little dog is adorable! Property was perfect for our needs- both the master and guest bedroom connect to their own private bathrooms which was very convenient. Great location on the beachfront- walk past the outdoor pool in the backyard and up the stairs on over the dune and you’re there. Close to Tortugas Lie, Snowbirds, Sooey’s and Lucky 12, among others. Near Jockey’s Ridge and the Nags Head Pier. Super clean and comfortable first floor apartment- it was tough getting out of the bed in the morning to do our beach walk. Appliances are newer and there were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates and glasses. We did not use it but there is a gas grill in the front, and the house is far enough back from the road that you don’t hear the traffic. The weather held out and we had a great Memorial Day on the beach. Thanks Laura!

The apartment was decorated nicely and the easy access to the beach was terrific, the place was clean and extremely well stocked in the kitchen as well as with linens and extra little touches. This was our first stay in Nags Head and we will be back!

This is our third time staying in the apartment and it holds a special place in our hearts! It is the perfect size for brief getaways with our small family, and the pool and beach access are top notch.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was easy it was a little odd since key was in the door.
