Локация, локация и еще раз локация. В этом плане все практически идеально, университет под боком, также относительно недалеко нескольно неплохих ресторанов. Отличные сотрудники, что помогли оперативно заселиться и ответить на все вопросы. Неплохой завтра и удобный большой номер.
Со звукоизоляцией все плохо, прекрасно слышно соседей, но больше всего напрягало хлопанье дверей. Парковка есть, но с нюасами. Она не прям рядом с отелей, сотрудники в принципе все объяснили, но все равно нашел не с первого раза, парковка обычная огороженная незаасфальтированная площадка, так что парковаться не особо удобно, плюс может быть проблемного заехать на низкой машине. Но глобально это мелочи.

Great location close to university and not far from Baixa area/restaurants. Wonderful staff! Good breakfast with lots of variety. Loved having a little kitchenette and a parking area!!

The location was good very close to the university. I deal if you are travelling light. Very clean.
Noise from cafe bar next door and lots of drinking and disruption in middle of the night. Tight staircase to rooms are not ideal for people with mobility issues and multiple pieces of luggage.
