We greatly enjoyed the location, the breakfast, the room and especially the caring staff.
It was a bit noisy at night but to be expected in a city.

The location was good very close to the university. I deal if you are travelling light. Very clean.
Noise from cafe bar next door and lots of drinking and disruption in middle of the night. Tight staircase to rooms are not ideal for people with mobility issues and multiple pieces of luggage.
