The surrounding landscape—used in the filming of Steve McQueen’s *Nevada Smith*—evokes a timeless frontier feel, while offering modern comforts just steps from town. Guests enjoy easy walking access to public transit, Mammoth Creek, local restaurants, shopping, and the historic Hayden Cabin Museum.
Inside, the cabin features approximately 399 square feet of well-designed space, including:
- A private bedroom with a queen bed
- Two built-in bunk beds and a futon (sleeps up to 6, best for 4). It is a tiny home after all and still only 1 bathroom.
- A full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware
- A full bathroom with shower
- A spacious living area with smart TV and high-speed WiFi
- An enclosed mudroom—ideal for storing skis, fishing gear, or backpacks
Outside, guests can relax on the porch and take in breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing opportunities—arguably the best in Mammoth Lakes.
