Centrally located near the meadow in Old Mammoth this condo is walking distance to restaurants, shops, golf, walking trails, riding trails, is 1/4 mile from Mammoth Creek, Sierra Mammoth Ranch, Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Creek Park. The shuttle for the ski lifts, into town and other attractions is located 200 yards from the complex.

The kitchen is fully stocked, the luxurious bedding and linens are brand new and the decor is modern and inviting.The new bathroom has been fully remodeled with a double marble vanity with a separate entrance to the slate stone shower and new porcelain tub. The property was expanded to provide a convenient indoor mud area for ease of changing out of snow boots and winter gear.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo close to eagle lodge. My husband, 12 year old daughter and our dog had plenty of room and we would definitively book again. Parking was easy and being on the ground floor was convenient. Nice quiet complex. The spa is a short walk from the unit which was great after a day on the slopes.

We had a great stay! Excellent communication with the owner. The space was very clean and well appointed. We even extended an extra night due to the weather (snow storm in October) which was easy to do. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen and found everything we needed. We walked to the playground and on the paved trail by the property with our dog. Thank you for a great stay!
