Location to mountain was amazingly easy. Parking was easy. Hot tub area was great. Close to town for restaurants /etc. Unit was well stocked with cooking items. While dated, the place was clean and a great home base for our 3 day trip
TVs were comical (literally 12" and 20" monitors) - not that big a deal for us but you can buy newer TVs for less than $200 now a days. Tub did not drain very well and were standing in water almost immediately from start of shower.

Location in quiet area, away from crowds and was near the Venue for the Jazz Concert. Owners was available for all questions and information needed for my stay.
Porch access needed some cleaning.
