Host was patient with us when we messed up using the keypad. We had pushed the wrong button. Instructions were sent again to help. Grateful for their help and patience.

The room had been smoked in before and the smell is still in the drapes, and soft fabrics, the smell is strong when you first come into the place, then after airing out, it gets less. Most people wouldn't notice, however I am highly allergic, and had just finished cancer treatments, so we kept the back door open to air out. It wasn't strong in the bedroom, only the den with the curtains. Most people wouldn't notice the smell.

The location to Branson was nice and the fact that no fireworks were allowed on the property was a bonus. All in all it was fine. Nothing spetacular, nothing horrible.

The headboard had a layer of dust, no hangers for clothes, there was a pair of dirty socks in the dresser when we arrived. Towel rack in the bathroom was falling from the wall. Only one pool was open on property. The condo itself smelled of old cigarettes. The king bed had a huge dip in the middle causing us to roll to the center constantly.
