Private Dock: Canalfront Home in Cape Coral

We absolutely loved everything!!! Enough space for my family to be comfortable and not on top of each other!! Had plenty of things to do at the house with out leaving... Kids were able to fish, swim, run around and easy hook up for their games.... The sleep area is completely separate from the living area and stayed like 20degrees cooler than the rest of the house...The host was extremely caring and very understanding at this hard time for us and we are forever greatful ...Our family loved the place and would definitely stay again.. Everything you needed was available!! And the lani was like another living area!! So comfortable for late night outside movies without being completely outside!! Overall perfect!!

I would have definitely loved to have stayed longer For sure....

It was a beautiful home, wonderful inside and out. Would definitely stay there again if we are back in that area.

The only thing I didn’t really like is having cameras in the house. Just gives you a weird feeling. Didn’t mind the ring on the outside at all.

The property was nice, but property needs to be fumigated, all in the kitchen the counter tops has ants attacking anything you sit on counter, I had to sit food on kitchen table to make meals, I had to buy raid to spray the kitchen down because I could not take it, started feeling like stuff was crawling on me at times the outside bar as well they are connected couldn’t sit anything out there as well, I book the place because the bar was one of the things that got my attention but I wasn’t able to set up bar outside because didn’t want ants in my drink. After spraying down kitchen, I came back later and notice a couple dead roaches in draw, ants also in bathroom in middle bedroom, the rest of the house was fine, the pool area was a little out dated the furniture is a little old and rusty was scared to seat on it one of lounge chair was already missing a wheel, but we brought our own out door chairs we keep in car, ant problem in pool area also every morning I had to clean dead ants out of pool I started getting a little aggravated, was gonna call host on contact list, but I had contacted them earlier about how to lock front door because there’s no instructions on how to work anything in the house and no one returned my text or call so , I didn’t want to keep bothering anyone but besides that everything was nice we enjoyed the peace and quite environment and would recommend this place if they fix them things
