Being allowed access to drop luggage early - much appreciated.
Kitchen and bathroom have everything you might need.
Nice location for walking into town.
Needs a very good deep clean....including upholstery and all surfaces. A refresh paint wouldn't go astray either
Bed in twin room not comfortable. And a big gash in the ceiling was a bit un-nerving.
A "how to" guide for the TVs... couldn't make them work properly!

The apartment was well stocked and very clean.
The master bed mattress needs to be rotated or get a new one.
