Great place, easy lock instructions, clean, good value.

Spacious apartment in a triplex. Had everything I needed, included bear spray and a laundry! Was a great location for me, near supermarket and Westchester Lagoon, and also walkable to downtown.

The mattress had a plastic cover on it that was noisy. I could hear people walking around in the apartment above.

Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Good coffee pot. Basics covered. Bear spray and bug spray available for use. Access to unit was easy.

Furnishings were very basic. No sheets or blankets for sofa bed. Floors (especially in closets and bathroom), counters, cabinet doors, and refrigerator were not clean and had drips of food on nearly all of them in the kitchen. Plates in cupboards were dirty and had to be washed before use. Sofa was not comfortable to sit on. Left over food was in refrigerator upon arrival. Neighboring units were noisy. Ran a fan to cover noise from other units but the fan was in need of a good cleaning. Never found laundry facility as instructions were not clear but our need wasn’t great either so we didn’t press the issue. Gate latch is wonky.
