Fantastic view. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to start our vacation immediately. We had codes to get into the complex and our condo -- so it was quick and easy. The appliances were modern and everything was pretty much up to date. The beds were super comfortable as well. We would definitely book this condo again.
Not fond of the master shower.

Quiet, lovely pool, beautiful view of the beach.
I did a little trouble with the codes- it took a couple of days to learn “ the tricks”” to easily open the gates.

Holiday Isle is centrally located and this unit was quite comfortable and seemed well maintained. Appliances were new and/or in good shape (not always the case with rental units...). Great view of the Gulf from the balcony.
A couple extra bed pillows in the master bedroom would have been nice. It's a decent walk to the beach from the condo building. Yes, you are gulf front and, yes, it's a straight shot out to it, but it's a hike across the sand (which in August is hot like the surface of the sun). If you are someone who has trouble getting around, bear that distance in mind.
