This condo was perfect for our family. Clean and spacious rooms, included all kitchen items we needed. We did have our own Kleenex, laundry pods, and hand soap. We enjoyed the nice pools easy beach access. The condo offers some books and activities for downtime. Our family loved that we were within walking distance to restaurants and a few beach shops. Fantastic experience!

The door seal on the master shower doesn’t close properly so some water gets on the floor. We just put an extra towel there when showering and it wasn’t a big deal. We also noticed the tub jets and kitchen sink disposal were not operational, but neither of these were a big issue to us.

Loved the location and layout. Everything that we needed was there and included in the apartment. Fully functioning kitchen and all appliances, bedding, covered parking and beach access. There was a wagon in the extra bedroom which I really appreciated so we could get our stuff to the beach.

We weren't able to locate the bridge access back to the hotel in the dark - some kind of lighting would be appreciated. We looked for extra towels but couldn't find them until we went to do our laundry and found them in the dryer. I saw a previous comment - from a while back - that the jetted tub wasn't working and was disappointed that it still wasn't working when we got there. The guests above us started a renovation or drilling project before 9 am one day and that was super annoying and they were loud in general - running, scooting chairs, etc. These are just things I could be very petty about..

Condo was comfortable with an easy check in process. Amenities were great. Even on rainy days the kids were still able to play with the indoor and outdoor pools.

Making sure gate codes are sent ahead of time. Our room code was sent to me but the parking gate code was not so I had trouble getting into the parking garage upon arrival. When I called I was on hold for 10 min for 2 phone calls. Finally when I sent a text message through the same number that provided our room code after a few minutes I got a reply.
