Location, access to water, boats and paddle board.
I wish the Paddle Board was a "real" instead of Styrofoam board, I'm experienced but was not able to stand on the board and it filled with water so was hard to t get out of the water after it was wet.
When I took some of the dishes out of the cabinet, they were not clean.

This property is in a great location! Close to everything. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
There was a problem with the hot tub not working. Repairs were made but lost out on a few nights of use.
