Resort Condo with Balcony & Stunning Ocean Views!

I selected this unit because I liked the layout in the photos and how tastefully it was decorated. In person, it was ideal, we were very pleased everything. The condo was the perfect size for 2 to 4 adults. (We're empty nesters so I'm writing this from that point of view.) The bedrooms are separated so you're not on top of each other and there are two baths so you don't have to share. Our host was awesome and checked in to see if we had any questions and to make sure everything was ok. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, we really enjoyed our morning walks. I would definitely stay there again, our two weeks flew by.

The only thing I would change is something that the unit owner has no control over, in-unit laundry. That said, the laundry room was easily accessed down the hall so it really wasn't a big deal at all.

The view and location were ideal. The balcony to watch the Gulf waters, the sunrises and sunsets was priceless.

When we arrived there were a few items that did not work and the property owner/management team had not sent us the instructions to get into the building so it took some time to sort this out. However, both the condo owner and Evolve group did respond to get our concerns resolved.

Perfect front ocean view, very spacious apartment very clean with all around the apartment balcony , all amenities included pool and access to the beach excellent 👍

Que no se me explicó con claridad. Como recoger las llaves. Además tampoco se nos dijo que había que pagar 100 dolares por inscripción. Eso no estaba en la renta.
