It was close to the shops, swimming and the boat pier. Good restaurants are located nearby as well. It was big enough for our party and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We didn't mind it but you do have a flight of 25 stairs to walk while in and out.
We have to fight for parking even after being told we had parking. The pizza shop took over the side parking. You have to fight with their customers over a parking space or park down the street. The water was inconsistent. The pressure and the temperature. One minute it's warm then turn scorching hot or freezing cold the next. Also, there was no fitness or spa close to the apartment.The kitchen had most essentials but not a lot of knives and most kitchen wear are generic.

There was no breakfast provided. We made our own in the kitchen.
Needs new full curtains in the living and dinning rooms to keep out the morning sun.
