Everything is good. Location, parking, pools and the aircons for every room were super cold even set at 25 degrees!!
Just wish the living room have a ceiling fan, as elderly parents could not stand coldness.

The guards. They are so friendly 👍🏼 Near to nana mahina cafe..(bawah building only) Strategic location ( sgt byk kedai makan depan timurbay) Unit size & space very comfortable for 3 pax (ta-513a)
Toilet not so clean. I did buy toilet cleaner myself to clean the toilet bowl & the toilet wall. (Now clean already) The building smell something maybe there’s no open air wall (tertutup & berbau lembab) Internet line problem.
